I ordered a set of DEPO's a couple months ago from you. I washed the car after I installed the headlamps and the right side immediately fogged up badly. I though it would go away but stayed the same for a couple days. Then we had rain and it wasn't getting any better while the other side was perfect. It was ordered by phone and I didn't get a receipt. The 2 DEPO boxes were taped together and shipped that way with NO paperwork inside.
Sorry its been a while but I had called and someone said I need a receipt and I had emailed you guys and sent pics to prove but nothing happened. I would say that the headlamp is defective. Would I be able to get an exchange?
