Hi, I have a BMW 5 series 2011 model. I would like to upgrade my headlights and front grill (kidney sign), can I do that? Can someone help me?

You can definitely do the kidney grill. Tons of replacements on eBay amazon etc...as far as the lci lights, I’m sure there’s a way to retrofit. The question is would it be economical. As it may involve replacing modules and other components. I haven’t really looked into upgrading the headlights. I’m happy with the way my ‘11 comes. But maybe someone else can chime in on the lights. I just ordered these:

upgrading the headlights is expensive and likely requires re-coding if you're going from Xenon's to adaptive LED's. You have to change the entire assembly, including control modules, and cable harnesses.
The grills are easy. I changed mine to M5 grills, using a small flat-blade screwdriver to carefully push in the tabs around each grill piece, and remove them from the front. Once removed, the new grills snap right in.
