I was wondering if anyone here on the forums has had any experience with the Infinity Kappa component line. I am looking to buy infity kappa components 50.5CS heres a link, please let me know.....http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=32818&item=5735358372&rd=1

Also, I was wondering if running a Soundsteam XTA480.4 would be good for this set up. I will be running a clarion unit that would need power via an external amp. So would that mean the head unit will take up a channel and wattage on my amp?

Thanks,
Saul

I have those in my cabrio, they sound great imo... They're powered by a RF amp

I got the 6.5" model for fronts in kickpanels, and the 5.25" coaxials in the rear of my cabrio. Sound good, can play extremely loud. I thought the bass would be better from the 6.5" though.

I agree with James.

I know its a step down from the Kappas, but I had the references before and I hated them. I'd say save a little more and get some REAL components.

And the soundstream amp should be fine. I've always loved their products.

Sweet, could anyone here recommend a good pair of 5.25" Speakers for under 150 dollars? (new thread started)
