Im not sure on the 7 series but i seriously doubt it. The largest ive ever seen on a car is 20 and they looked too big. I wouldnt do that if i were you. Its your car tho i guess

They will fit, someone posted pics of their 7er on 22s. You have to get some rubber band tires to for them though.

He was asking about a e38 on 22s not e65/e66s. Use google and find a e38 with 22s.
Heres a pic of the tightest 7er on 22s. ACS Everything please!!

They won't fit good, but it's possible. Tires are hard to find in order to get the correct outer rolling diameter. 20's look pretty sweet IMO. I'd do 22's for sure on the new body style though.

I must admit that 22's on an E65 look really good. I believe it is because I spend the whole time looking at the wheels thinking, "damn those are huge" and therefore don't have to look at the body.

Yes they are OEM. I got these of ebay from a guy named exoticarauto real nice guy. I am running 245/40/20 and the rears are 275/35/20.

I meant that the 20s look great on that car and i think 22s would be too big.

ok thanks for the general concencous, do you guys think 20x10 in the rear would be too extreme?

seems like it would be, i dont own a 7 so im not really sure but i would say more along the lines of 9

No, 10" is fine, especially on a 20" rear. With the right offset 10.5 is OK but those are custom fitments such as iForged etc.
You'll find most of the 20" apps for E38 recommend 9" front and 10" rear, with either 245/35 front and 275/30 rear, or 255/35 front and 285/30 rear. The staggered setup closest to stock diameter is 255/35 front and 285/30 rear. This is what I run on my Nova 7s. Either way, you'll be fine.

They fit and look way better than 20s and unless people have 22s on a e38 it's kinda pointless to ask them I have2 of them both with 22s and the ride is God and the wheel gap is gone

Also pointless to respond to a 12 year old thread. OP hasn't been on the forum for 10 years so doubtful he will be responding.
